jacqui London, UK	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Jul 1, 2011 hi does it help anxiety or cause anxiety? i was started on 50mg a night for one week then straight up to 100mg. doc said i could split the dose or take it all at onnce! i just dont know whats best coz im so anxious at the moment!
