Keppra Stinks!

My daughter was on Keppra for 6 months and has just been taken off the drug because of such intense anxiety, tiredness, memory loss, hallucinations, increase in seizures and irrational fears that her life became almost unbearable.

People need to be warned that this drug is not for everyone. That's putting it politely. I think the drug is really poor. Especially for anyone who might have any level of anxiety (most people with seizures do) In fact, doctors at Children's Hospital in Boston said Keppra "is not your daughters friend". We need to get her off it.

Beware Keppra, challenge you doctors and look at other options.

I have tried a combination of Dillantin and almost every seizure drug on the marrket. I have found the only combination that works on me is Dilantin and Keppra.

If it were not for Keppra, I almost certainly would be still having seizures.
