I know from exprerience that patience should be watched very closely when taking any other medication with propranolol/inderal. This medication will lower your blood pressure in most cases and is likely to create some side effect with which ever medication taken with it. So yes I would say there is insufficient evidence to say this med. will help with headaches. I have tried many different meds for my migraine to no avail.
