I've only tried taking it for a maximum of 4 days. I feel effects on the first day....the only problem is, they are negative, and I mean, all negative. Although I feel more relaxed down there, it makes it near impossible for me to begin urination. Maybe my problem is not my prostate, but I have all the symptoms of a prostate problem.
