Enbrel works by decreasing a certain protein produced by the immune system. The immune system helps the body fight infections. In people with autoimmune disorders, the immune system mistakes the body's own cells for invaders and attacks them. Buy Enbrel online: http://www.norxshop.com/buy-enbrel.html

I'm finishing my third week of Enbrel. The psoriasis I had formed hard and stubborn plaques on my skin. They wouldn't go away for a year or so. With the enbrel injections they are disappearing quickly, and there are a few scabs left. With the progress I'm making, I think my skin will look completely normal within the sixth or seventh week of my enbrel use.

Side effects I've experienced:

Itchiness (I used some benadryl to help out with this.) The itchiness disappeared on the third week.

Weight Gain (5 - 7 pounds - A small price to pay.)

Slight cold

Slight fatigue

I started walking two miles every day for a week so far. It has helped a little in maintaining the weight I have now. I'm, also, eating more fruit and less meat, dairy, and no eggs. I'm planning to probably have a diet of primarily fruits and vegetables to maintain my weight and splurge once awhile on meat and dairy.

Has anyone developed strange food cravings after trying Enbrel?

I've gotten cravings for fresh fruit like watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, and papaya. I usually crave meat, so this is different for me. I wonder if it goes along with the craving food your body needs theory. My weight gain has leveled off too. I'm not eating as much as I use to,because I don't want to get fat on this drug. I've read on how very thin and underweight people have gained a lot of weight just on Enbrel alone. The results are worth the extra five to ten pounds I've gained though.

I HAVE RA and I was on Humira for six years. Because lately the Humira was not working, my doctor changed me to Enbrel. It's been only three weeks, but I have already seen some improvment. My doctor explained to me that after taking the medicines for a period of time they stop working. That happened to me with the Humira. I hope it does not happen with Enbrel, because it takes along time to know how your body reacts to de medicine, and how theedicine reacts with everything els you are taking. Once they changed your medicine, you have to start learning everythin again and again.

Hi,
I am aware that most all of you posting are on Enbrel. I am 16 years old and I have had JRA (with psoriasis thrown into the mix) since I was two. My rheumatoligist has been suggesting Enbrel to my mother and me for the past nine years, we have held of this long because she had a cousin with JRA who died while on Methotrexate. She is worried. But lately my JRA has gotten increasingly worse, and so it is my decision to take the next step. I also go to boarding school and I am a little worried about starting a TNF inhibitor while at school.
How did all you feel about starting Enbrel? Any advice?

Thanks,
Alexandra

Daily Horoscope for December 10

Virgo

Believe it or not, you'll enjoy doing some domestic shopping today. For a start, it will be an interesting challenge to negotiate your way through the hordes of shoppers without getting mown down by a runaway trolley, and you'll also enjoy seeing what's on offer. Keep an eye open for bargains and be prepared to be flexible about some of the items on your shopping list.
