i couldn't find any info on a class action lawsuit currently happening but i did find an online petition that can be signed online and you can provide an explanation of your story. i don't know whether or not links are allowed here so just google "effexor petition" and you'll find it.

if anyone has any info on a class action lawsuit please post the info here. thanks.
