you can tell your doctor that you're pain has increased, and you need more medicine. You can tell him next appointment that you used 2 at a time and came short at end of month. He may increase your script next time. I've had similar issues, seems like all the time, one thing or another.

I am also looking for anyone that can sell these. A doctor scripting this for me has been impossible. a patch seems perfect since i do not have to take my medication. I do not have insurance due to this wonderful economy

if you are wearing then normally and they seem to wear off before your supposed to change it... then tell your doctor exactly that... tell the truth, and if he believes you, and is a good doctor, then he will prescribe another medication for breakthrough pain.. they are not going to give you more than 10 patches a month, 30 day supply, but they can prescribe something for breakthrough pain, for that 3rd day when the patch wears off, do you really want to risk buying drugs illegally off the street from someone who could be a cop (on here)

My doctor and I worked this problem out, in that my prescription not only calls for me to wear two 100mcg. patches at the same time, but also, I am to change them every 48 rather than 72 hours. This has made a world of difference in break-through pain, especially with generic fentanyl patches, as they seem to have an absorption rate that differs immensely from name-brand, Duragesic patches. Instead of being limited to only 10 patches a month, I am allowed 30.

Too much pain... i know your probably getting your patches legally, and you truly do need them. But think about how stupid your actually being... I mean if you want to spend a few years in jail once you find out hes actually a cop, then go ahead and be an idiot... Anyone who would try to trade narcotics through the internet is just asking for it... and Let me tell you, you will be in an awful lot of pain in jail, while your withdrawling, go to your doctor, dont buy drugs illegally.

I am also looking. I am not affiliated with or am I employed by any law enforcement agency. I have a real pain problem and the patch seems to be the only thing that helps. I served 9 years in the military and have sustained leg and back problems from the type of work I did. Unfortuantely, my doctor is scared or doesn't fully understand my pain.

Then it's time to switch doctors or at least get your current one to refer you to a pain specialist. It's much better to go through the proper procedures than end up in jail for purchasing "illegal" prescription drugs!!!

I am looking too, just came across this post through a google search.- I take 100mcg patches, things got really screwed up, long story, Bottom Line - I need to wait until Oct12th to fill mine, and I'm out now.
