When a small cell lung cancer patient gets Thrush during first couple of Chemo sessions, is treated with the antifungal drugs nystatin and Diflucan for a week each ,is it possible for the candida to come back during the final three of six session chemo sessions and fill the lungs with the fungus and possible be misdiagnosed as "cancer has filled the lungs/chest" when no further antifungal drugs are given?

I use d-mannose for bladder infections but I think the real course of my problems is candida so I am now going to try Lufenuron from:
