When I was twenty weeks pregnant, my doctor found out my baby had died from listeria. I was to afraid to get surgery so he gave me cytotec to induce my labor so I could later go to the hospital and have the baby. Does anyone know if this drug has other side effects or if it will do something detrimental to my reproductive health in the long run?

I have jsut found out that i am 2 months pregnant, and i don't want the baby. my friend advised me to take cytotec and that its safe but then i started to hear stories about how dangerous it is and that anything can happen so now i decided to have an abortion because i don't want to risk anything.
