I have been takin cozaar for about a year and when the doctor increased it from 50mg to 100mg about six months ago, I started having raging bouts of insomnia in which I would either not fall asleep at all and go without sleep or get maybe two hours of sleep a night. Anyone else had this symptom?

Yes, I also have a weird kind of insomnia where I wake a couple times at night and can never sleep later than 6:30 no matter how late I go to bed (whether 11:00, 2am, etc). I've started taking Tibetan Gogi Berries instead to get a good night sleep. They're more expensive but have wonderful healthful side effects AND the get my BP lower than prescription. Oddly enough only the Tibetan ones seem potent enough to do this, all non-Tibetan forms I've tried seemed ineffective.

Where do you get these Tibetan Gogi Berries and where did you hear about them? How much has it lowered your blood pressure?

yes, insomnia-only a couple of hours of sleep each night-lay awake looking around all night-took 50 mg for 2 years, then increased to 100 mg-eyes swelled up-had to stop-had to sleep-stopped three days ago-sleeping better.

_I've been taking anti-blood-pressure medications for 4 years. Doctors tell you lies. They manipulate your blood-pressure, and, after a while, without their addictive medications like Cozaar, Atenolol, Furosemide, Nifecatol (Nifedipine), you can't go anymore without them, because those medications make so that your blood=pressure without these medications would be higher and higher, and the risks are lethal. Stop progressively taking all those poisons qwhich are generating other diseases: Stop not trust the Zionist criminal occidental capitalist medicine ! Use alternative and soft medicines like acupuncture, etc...
P.S.: Warning, acupuntors, watch out, Chinese Medecine they will fight, as communist people they tyried to fight. They would try infiltrating some of your medical laboratories and you guys, or buy the ones that can be bought, for keeping their "little rats collection's shops".

Daily Horoscope for December 18

Aquarius

You get the chance to prove how romantic you can be when the mood is right. Why not arrange a candlelit encounter with that very special person in your life. There's a strong possibility that you could become involved in a relationship that has to be conducted in secret or which you want to keep strictly private.
