Cozaar

Has anyone experienced a lack of ambition as a result of taking Cozaar? After the first two weeks of taking Cozaar, I found that there was nopt change in my blood pressure. My Doctor increased my dose, in favt doubled it, but my BP is stil;l relatively high.

I have a side effect, howeverf, that is distrurbing and not noted in any of the literature that I have access to. I am now feeling listless and lack any amition or energy.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, I have been taking this med for about a week and feel demotivated. Don't want to do anything. Fatigue and depression is listed as a possible side effect. I have also learned that it can raise potassium levels? Has anyone had experience with this?

I have only been taking Cozaar for a few days. Two days ago, I started coughing a tad and last night coughed a great deal and had some insomnia. Today, I am still coughing and sound like Lauren Bacall! Upon looking up Cozaar on line today, I noticed that coughing and upper respiratory infections are fairly common. That wasn't listed on the flyer that came with the drug. Although I have only been on it for a few day, I can "see" how it can cause listlessness. I'm just not sure yet if this is going to go into full blown upper respiratory distress - that bothers me as bronchitis is very tough on me.

Mine developed into a full blown upper respiratory infection. Of course, the doctors said it was not from the Cozaar. Call the manufacturer. It is listed as a less common side effect

I'm taking cozaar right now and I was wondering why I wasn't sleeping. the insomnia and feelings of depression....I'm stopping this stuff today and yes your right it hasn't effected my blood pressure....the cardio is what is helping...The weird thing for me is that I've been taking it for two weeks and now the symptons are occurring ...I feel worse than i did before took it.

I have Been on cozaar for a few months and my sinus and throat stuffy and sore any one elese experience this.

I take Cozaar (usually order at http://totaldrugs24.com/item/cozaar.html ). It works good for me. As any med it has side effects, but still it's effective.
