I started taking Coreg CR this week for hypertension. I take it in the vening after dinner so I am not affected by feeling lowsy as some of the other posters. Has anyone been on the Coreg CR and if so what side affects have you had.

Hi Bluebird,

I've been taking Coreg since October of last year, and if the med didn't work, I would not be taking it period. I have many conditions and diseases of the ears, nose, and throat kind, and my biggest problem is Meniere's Disease. Coreg triggers this off, and I then have "double-trouble"!!

Now, I'm laid up for two or more days, and I'm not a happy camper, especially when my schedule is full as heck. At this time I am ill with ENT, and a stomach virus, AND the Meniere's Disease, and I'd be a "FOOL" to take Coreg.

Other than that, I like the med. I just don't take it every day because of the Meniere's Disease. I'd be laid up for the rest of my days here on earth. Have a nice day!

Daily Horoscope for December 27

Sagittarius

After all the excitement of the past few days you're longing for the chance to put your feet up and take life easy for a while. Ideally, you should bury your nose in a good book and be left alone until you resurface for a food transfusion. But you'll also enjoy chatting to someone you know very well and for whom you don't have to make a big effort, such as a close relative.
