Well I am currently taking 2-6 and it doesnt seem to make much difference so far. My Dr did say when you take it early you seem to produce more follicles but also they dont mature as well as when you take it later in your cycle like 3-7 or 5-9. But since when I took it 3-7 my follicle was 30mm he dont think taking it early will effect the size much. I am taking my 4tf round of clomid, 2nd round taking it 2-6, and 1st cycle taking 100mg.
