What do you think of the Indian Clomid? I am on my first round and would like to talk to others currently going through the process.

Hi Kate. I'm on a break cycle right now, I just finished 3 cycles of Indian clomid. I didn't have too many side effects, although a lot of people have some pretty significant side effects with Indian clomid (hot flashes, headaches, etc). It can be quite a challenge!

I can recommend a reputable Indian pharmacy: http://drugstore.ind.in Before I ordered Clomid here I ran a thorough investigation on the manufacturing practices in India in general and found out that there is DEATH PENALTY for counterfeiting drugs there. I figured it would be enough to give the pills a try and I was quite satisfied with the result. I hope this info will be of any help to the community.

Thanks for the info! I'm starting to wonder about my doctor's lack of involvement. It seems odd now that he said it would take several cycles to regualte when he told me in the office that he would bump up the dose to 100 mg the second month and 150 mg the third month. Did you get u/s when you were taking Indian clomid? Also, he did not warn me at all about the side effects and I have experienced some severe side effects. I can't believe my husband is talking to me today.

I checked this site and the drug is produced in India. I'm not opposed to buying offshore but I am concerned about the safety/effectiveness of black market drugs. If you have personally used these products I'd appreciate knowing about your experiences - bothgood and bad.

Hi all, I just asked Dr.Long what's the percentage of people who are on Indian olanzapine and didn't gain any weight. he said that he needs to check his records, but he believe somewhere around 30% don't gain weight. i thought about this for a while and realized that i think that it's too high a percentage to be right. i've heard so many stories of people on Indian olanzapine and they all said that they gained weight. some, maybe only 10 lbs, but others like me, 70 lbs. i'm a very petite woman also. i weighed 95 lbs until i took Indian olanzapine! although i don't like to think of myself as vain, it's still very bothersome to me back then and even now, after marriage. it also made me very delusional as i thought that the whole world was created for me and that everyone had ESP, except me. i thought that people could control my thoughts and actions. i also used to never believe in space and jesus and gravity. i thought that this whole world was false and was created, as i said before, just for me. it was very disturbing as i didn't know if i should be thankful or pissed off. finally, back to Indian zyprexa, besides the horrible weight gain, the delusions were worse. also, diabetes runs in my family. with the 70 lb weight gain, i was a prime candidate. my granny died a couple of years ago from diabetes and my dad has borderline diabetes. however, there are some people who take Indian zyprexa and it works really well for them.

I'm also on a break after three cycles of Indian clomid. Side-effects I've experiences: flashes in my vision when my eyes are closed (very annoying at night), floaters in my vision, major breast tenderness/pain, irritability, moodiness, some ovary discomfort, and lighter/shorter periods. I get all the good ones!!! Good luck! I was on 150mg last cycle and will probably be on it again next cycle.

Yep, that makes sense. I have a progesterone test on Friday. The side effects have subsided for now, which is a major relief. TWW is driving me crazy. Although, due to the fact that I might O late, we are still with the program for good measure. It can't hurt. Also driving me crazy: relatives that give me advice (that have children and no fertility issues).Missy, 150 mg...I'm afraid to bump up to 100 mg next month for fear of the side effects--especially moodiness. I'll do it...I'm just afraid that my husband will get a restraining order or admit me to the psych ward.

you can get some good deals thru Canada too as they deal with India. In other words, you can coordinate on line thru a canadian pharmacy to order your meds from India.

Check out the pharmacies on this site.

I order my meds this way and have been happy.

Sorry to hear you are havin a bad time, am sure you are glad to be in 2WW. This is my second cycle and I have the sore head, a little discomfort in my ovaries and the baddest moods ever!!! I was grumpy with my friends yesterday so DH managed to escape my evilness for one day! On my first cycle I did not ovulate so am hoping that these side effects are a good sign as didn't get any then. Don't get me started on the relatives who give advice, did you ever dream that you would be getting BD advice from them. Was on another site (can't remember which) and a lady had made a list of replies very funny! Things like asking for a diagram of what you should be doing, to check you are doing right. Very amusing but would never dream of saying it. They mean well and is prob their way of being supportive with something that they would find hard to understand. Just have to grin and bear it but we will get there!!

I didn't really experience many side effects from the Indian clomid either. Maybe a few headaches and hotflashes, but those were normal for me even before the Indian clomid.

I've tried both original brand and generic Clomid. There is no difference in effectiveness as far as I can tell between the brand and Generic versions. The real difference is price, no comparison. And the India suppliers seem honest and reliable. On the site http://drugstore.ind.in I've just placed my 3rd order.

I'm on my 5th round of Indian Clomid, and start taking 200 mg tonight (CD 5). So far, I haven't had any side effects, but I've just upped my Metformin to 1000 mg and am increasing the Clomid from 150 last month. For the past three months, at CD 21, my progesterone level has been 0.7...not good.
Lisa, I'm in the same situation as you, he only checks my progesterone at CD 21, not accounting for late ovulation, then we wait until CD 35 to start prometrium to bring on AF. Because of the long cycles, five rounds of Clomid have taken 7 months, and our 1-year TTC mark will be in May. I'm ready to find an RE, but am a little nervous about what my OB will say. How did yours react? Good luck in your appointment tomorrow!

Tracking was relatively good. When I say that I mean it gave you dates for purchase, processed, and shipped. Only downside was that it took 12 days when they said it would only take 3-5. The tablets did come all the way from India and ultimately took the normal amount of time from the shipping date.
