When the immune system in our body finds or realizes anything as foreign to the body, it immediately releases some antibodies like histamines to fight against the foreign substance. This causes inflammation which is called allergy in our body.

There are many natural remedies for allergies available. Although natural remedies are easily available without prescription, it is better to consult a doctor before to take up any medicine as a remedy for allergies.

When a person is taking natural remedies or any other medicines for allergies, it is better to concentrate on the environment in which they live. Avoid moist environments. Moist environments aid the growth of molds that are one of the causes of allergies. Cleanliness of the beds and the carpet plays an important role in treating allergies. Food restrictions also help in treating the allergies well. Certain types of foods should be avoided and certain foods can be taken. A proper nutritional supplement to aid the treatment is also recommended.

Foods like wheat and chocolates cause allergy symptoms like headaches which can also be migraine in nature. Hay fever, hives, childhood allergies, asthma, and eczema are also caused by such foods. Garlic and Onion can be taken daily to treat allergies. It is found that these herbs contain Quercitin which is effective in curing allergies. This is found to reduce the production of histamine that causes allergies in us. Green tea extract which is rich in phytonutrients is used to ward off cellular attacks. It is an excellent anti bacterial and is used to cut down the cholesterol level and to regulate the blood sugar.

Bromelain is used to assist in digestion of vegetable protein. Papain contains an enzyme that breaks down protein is effective in curing allergies. The acidic stage of the allergic reactions can be controlled effectively with Magnesium (Citrate). This is also used in treating asthma which has strong bonding with allergies. Calcium (Citrate) which balances the acid and the alkaline levels in our body is good in curing allergies. Calcium also reduces the production of histamine in our body.

Air filters and dehumidifiers can be used to prevent mold that is present in the humid environments. It is known that onions, garlic, and citrus fruits contain natural antihistamines. Having these would help you prevent and cure allergies. Natural nasal rinses are also available for treating allergies. Allergy can be controlled with the help for a proper diet. You have to note down the food items that are taken by you. Avoiding certain foods and taking some foods would help you in controlling the allergies.

Certain food supplements would also help in treating allergies positively. Natural antihistamines are taken to control allergy. You should know that the histamine released by our immune system is responsible for the allergic reaction. It is also better to know what leads to allergies. It is found that in babies the eating habits during the first year play an important role in a baby’s sensitivity to allergy. Lack of breast feeding and feeding babies with solid food too early may lead to such conditions.

Stress reduction helps. When I start fearing out, asthma and allergies come back in spades.

Magnesium and Vitc C will help too.

If you have had mega doses of antibiotics, you will have some allergies too.

Good advises. I have not tried them yet and does not have
professional knowledge to say if they are correct and
efficient in allergy treatment or cure.

Thanks a lot anyway

Most food allergies are just digestion problems. Let me explain.

Lets say have a food allergy to eggs (but it could be any food allergy that does not send you into shock.) While the food allergy can break the skin in many places in the body, this skin rash appears on the back of the thumbs (a common food allergy symptom).

One morning, you wake up, and you eat eggs by mistake, and get a skin rash on the back of your thumbs. You call it a food allergy. But, what if I took a small amount of egg, and injected it with a syringe into the back of your thumb, and you get a small reaction. Is the injected egg, a food allergy? “What is the difference?”

The injected egg just entered the body through different place. You see, the egg that was eaten, was supposed to be digested. Digestion involves breaking down things like protein into amino acids. The eaten egg did not get digested, so the partially digested food particles passed into the bloodstream and settled at your thumb.

To digest food (breaking the solid food into liquids for absorption), the body uses digestive enzymes, usually produced by the pancreas. Digestive enzymes require a liquid acid base (gastric acid) to digest the food. If there is not enough of gastric acid, or a shortage of enzymes, food allergies may appear. Take an anti-acid is a sure way to not have digestion occur.

A treatment we use (unless there are stomach problems or ulcers) is drinking one squeezed lemon in a glass of water with each meal, or a half glass of tomato juice works too.

THE GRAIN PROBLEM

All grain products have what is called, ENZYME INHIBITORS, to stop the grains from sprouting via enzyme action. Soaking grains overnight, deactivate the enzyme inhibitors and allows the seed to sprout. So, eating grains, causes two major problems. 1. Soaking up and reducing your gastric acid, and 2. Inhibiting your digestive enzymes from working

What we do at the health center, is no grain products for about 30 days while treating the food allergy digestion problem, then grains can be eaten in a small amount, once a day. Like, one slice of bread.

That is why so many people get allergies. The American diet is full of grains, which hamper digestion, giving you allergies.

HOW LONG TILL WE SEE RESULTS

We usually start seeing results (including the skin rashes going away), after 4 days of treatment.

THIS ARTICLE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. YOU MUST TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK. I AM NOT A DOCTOR, SO I CANNOT CURE. BUT IN REALITY, THIS IS JUST A HEALING.

For short-term allergy problems, fill a tub with hot water half-way then turn on the shower as hot as you can bear it. This should cause lots of steam. Stay there for about a half hour and breathe deeply and evenly. the steam with soothe your throat and nose, clear conjestion, and reduce inflamation. In my experience, steam has also helped quell stubborn athsma. If you cannot take a hot shower, fill a bowl with boiled water and add a little tea or lemon. Put a towel over your head and breath in the water. I love this; it gets rid of wheezing, soothes my eyes, clears my nose, and stops the constant coughing and sneezing. This way, if I stick my head in a bowl every hour or two, I can sleep over at friends' houses (who have pets) without being completely drugged. Try it!

Daily Horoscope for December 15

Virgo

You're in a very sensitive frame of mind today and are acutely aware of what other people are going through. So if someone is having a bad time, you'll want to do what you can to help. However, it's important to accept that you may not be able to do a single thing. If you persist in trying to help, it will be because you're uncomfortable with the situation and want to feel better.
