Cipro for STDs - where to order?

Three weeks ago I took my Amstaff to the vet with infections in her ears. She was prescribed Cipro and Predisone. She had sucha an allergic reaction that she is now going into the vet for the third time since this happened, for an ultrasound to check her heart. They are telling me that they think she may have pulimary edema. This is a year and a half old American Staffordshire terrier who was pretty healthy before all of this. Now she can't even walk to the mailbox without getting wiped out. I am being told that her life expextancy now is under two years. This has all just been a nightmare.
