Howard probley wanted to keep Anna knocked out, so he kept control of her.
My feeling is being all the medication found in the hard rock room the day Anna died was in Howard K Stern's name, and they played a part in her death, and therefore he is a murderer in my opipion.

I agree with Sabrina in Deerfield. Attorney Howard Stern helped Smith acquire a dangerous amount of drugs for anyone to have on hand, especially an addict. I think he recklessly, if not intentionally, contributed to her death by setting up the opportunity for an overdose. I NEVER agreed with Perper's finding of an 'accidental' overdose. Overdose yes -- a thorough criminal examinatin should have been launched before anyone called it "accidential."

Are you people serious? A person with a drug problem will get the drugs one way or another. No one forced her to take the drugs, she took them of her own free will. Look around, there are plenty of people taking drugs that aren't in their names.

Wonder if will take 2 years now for these morons to be prosecuted? Stern was a hasbeen until he hooked with ANS. She was his cash cow, plain and simple. Sadly her upbringing led her into a live of uncontrollable actions that she took upon herself to try and replace the love she never had from a Father. Look where it got her. Another death that did not have to be. Now the circus of pets that surrounded her will be in the limelight off and on until justice is served. Question is, will that ever happen?
