Pharmaceuticals found in Erie's drinking water

The Erie area's drinking water -- like that of other cities throughout the country -- has trace amounts of several pharmaceuticals as well as caffeine and a nicotine derivative, according to recent tests.

How much will it cost per year to maintain?, c. Has the system been tested in a northern climate? Does it work as well in winter?, d. What other municipalities in a northern climate have successfully used this system for last five winters?
