Can a therapeutic plasma level be reached with one single oral dosage of carbamazepine prior to a blood test, if so, what would be the approximage dosage and hours to reach that level?

In other words, can I reach a therapeutic plasma level with 1 or 2 single doses in one day, and if so how many mg. would it take to reach that and how many hours should I wait before the test?
