Yes 100g benadryl won't hurt you. Lethal dosage is more like 10 times that.

If you're not used to taking benadryl it might make you feel a little loopy though. I would start with 1 pill and see how you feel.

50g x 2 = 100,000mg or 2,000 tablets and would take quite a while to ingest, most likely your stomach would burst and kill you before the medication could.
