Anyone can get MRSA, not just gay guys. If you go to a gym, your chances of contracting it are through the roof. If you work at or ever touch anything at a hospital, again, through the roof!(That pen you used to fill out papers, that door knob, phone, faucet handle & ESPECIALLY elevator buttons.)
Basically, if you touch anything that someone else has touched, you're at risk - especially men. Why? Because men are mostly nasty and rarely, if ever, wash their hands!(Taking a shower should NOT be the only time you touch soap!)

BTW: Sorry to bother yall again, but my 'life experience' with a gay step-brother and daughter teaches me there is not a lot to be 'gay' about if you are homosexual.
