couls these be because she is taking bactrim and donnatal

I was given bactrim and donnatal - bactrim for urinary infect and donnatal for IBS....I took batrim in the a.m and donnatal a few hours later...About 2 hours ago i started experiening tightness in my limbs arms neck back a lot of pain I am also on zoloft and atennol.
