No. Both are anti-inflammatory medications, not analgesics like Tylenol or the opiates family of drugs. There is no information or studies that I know of that suggest one would interfere with the in their pharmacology. In fact taking a single 325mg aspirin tab and a single 200mg ibuprofen tab should have the effect of doubling the anti-inflammatory effect of taking 2 of either. If you are thinking of the 81mg dose-a-day aspirin therapy.. rest easy.
