my daughter and i were at epcot thrusay; she had taken her avandia and we had a small breakfast; about 1/2 rs into our tour; she became very dizzy and almost passed out; i am a diabetic also but take insulin; so i know the way u feel when your sugar goes too low; i made her sit down; i had a candy bar in my purse, gave her a small piece, and got her a coke; it took about 1/2 hrs before she was able to walk. why did it take her glucose so low?? please help; this has happened before. her doctor wants her to stay on this med; but i am afraid it is too strong for her; help us please.
