try to stay away from it if you can. I am tired all the time, feel like i'm suffocating, vision problems. it goes on and on. I'm now trying apple cider vinegar and apple juice a couple times a day. check it out on ACV for blood pressure control. I have gotten myself down to 1/2 tablet twice a day(25 mg. total) and bp staying pretty good. I read today Britain is taking 2 million people off atenolol because it causes more heart attacks and strokes.

Every day I consume 2 large cloves of chopped garlic - with H2o; also 2 tablespoons of natural, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in glass of apple juice. I also take lisinopril and metoprolol tartrate once a day. Could this combination be harmful?
