My husband has multiple myeloma. He just recently went to the dentist in about 5 years, as that's approx when he was dx. He's had chemo, 2 stem cell transplants, velcade, and Revlimid, all along 2003-2006 he had Aredia approx every 6 wks. He has I believe 2 teeth that need to be pulled or shaved, something. We were told that if they pull his teeth the bone will not fuse back. What are his options?? What can he do? Anyone with suggestions or same problem?
