I am on ambien now. I have to say I have never had so much amnesia. I scrubbed my trash can the other night and have no memory whatsoever. It looks good. I can't compliment on ambien sex. I am on an antidepressant so it must backfire. I wouldn't mind ambien sex from what I hear. I now know I'm not alone in the amnesia department. :)

Yea. I had to stop taking Ambien because it got me into trouble. Trouble I only have flash back memories of.
Once, I took 2 10mgs and a few hours later started begging my sisters boyfriend if I could have sex with him, no strings attached. I have NO MEMORY OF THIS. My sister knew I was high on Ambien so she just laughed it off and put me to sleep.
But it did not end there. I got up, walked across the steet to the strip club, got a lap dance (and a boob in my mouth) that only last a second because I fell asleep on her. HAHA! The bouncer carried me out and, I guess, woke me up and got me to tell him my address. The cops came and picked me up, took me home. My sister answered the door and they were like "does she belong to you?"
Again...NO MEMORY! Except...the boob in the mouth.

Ok, after that I swore off Ambien.
But I guess when I'm drunk I forget that.
Last week I was drunk, got into my sisters Ambien and did it all again. BUT I wound p having sex with a stranger and giving another a BJ.
I sorta have memories of this. But the thing was...I WAS A VIRGIN till that night!
So..yeah. Ambien does some serious shit to my brain. I really hope I don't take it anymore. I told the sister to hide them from me.

its my 4th time takig it and normally i sleep and wake up great. However, last night i took it at around 9 and waite for my bf to come over and he got ot my house at 10. I started to feel a weird because i fought the sleepiness for a little cause i wanted to spend time with him.. All i remember was that i kept trying to make out with him but he had to go home. So finally i had fallen asleep.. but i keep having flashbacks of masterbating.. and the wierd part is .. there was a room of crowded people.. no faces that i know of so i feel that it was a dream. but im freaking out because i feel that there could of been somone else in my room? does this make sense to anyone.. or has this happened to anymore. i'm freaking out please give me some advise.

I actually Googled this because after taking Ambien I have absolute incredible orgasms! It is almost like a full body orgasm, and it is awesome. Unlike the others I do remember everything, and I don't feel like it makes me less inhibited. It just makes me feel really great overall.

I read that it does lose it's effectiveness if you take it every night, and I only take it maybe 4 times a week at the most.

My wife took ambien for several days reccently. she is conservative by nature. Soon after she took it was like a switch came on. She became sexually aggressive and did things she never would normally do. One morning I woke up early and went to find her as she wasnt in bed. when I came into the room I heard moaning. I have to have ambien.Tried everything else, w/o it I would not sleep. I have had side effects. I went to bed (so I thought, woke up painted my face purple and drank a bottle of whiskey. Gross! I loathe that shit.I have texted and emailed and phoned. Bought things off the net. Mostly it never works anymore. So enjoy the ride. I loved those 5minute buzz when you first take one.

Sex is not worth it folks. If you can't have good sex in your normal everyday sex life, becoming addicted to Ambien, or having your spouse become addicted to Ambien is NOT the answer.

The long term effects, side-effects and the damage it does to your body/brain does not balance out the unremembered, zombie like sex you experience.

Ha great thread. I enjoy eating a couple Vicodin or Percocet before having sex. I will last forever. It's a mission to finish. A couple hours later I'm still laying pipe and my girlfriend is sloppy/barely alive. Try it.

Ambien sounds good though, I have a script which I usually just take as directed. Sounds like I'm missing out. Maybe I'll drug my girlfriend!

I think it's a little sad that this is ok with some people. This is a drug you're supposed to take for sleeping. Doesn't it bother you at all that your partners are unaware of what they are doing? They trust you to take care of them and not take advantage. If that were me, I would feel betrayed.

Yeah, well, from what I understand, the drug makes the user WANT sex- one man's wife threatened to go to her mother's house-naked-meaning that the men who have Ambien sex with their wives might not have asked for it. And it's hard to tell if they'r eon the drug or not unless they tell you beforehand.

That said, having sex with someone when they aren't in their right mind and they didn't ask you to is wrong.

I have asked my GF on more than on occasion if she would mind if I had sex with her if she happened to be impaired but willing. She has said yes multiple times.

My only question is if it would be in poor taste to crush up an Ambien and put it in a drink before bed :-)
