So, when someone tells me that I am not elgible to receive savings offered by Wal-Mart or Walgreens, I consider that to be horseshit. And, furthermore, they would not do this if there was not some return on investment involved. It is a tremendous marketing tool. I continue to do business with them because they are the best games in town. But, make no mistake about it, they are in this for the profit, and all is not to the benefit of the consumer. seedtick, We all need more money......yes, companies are in it for the profit, but that does not mean that companies can't or don't do things for the public? Are you one of those people who question the motives when anybody does the right thing? Can't you just take it at face value when people or companies do the right thing. People bitch about how companies don't give a damn about anything other than profit. When they try to do their part people bitch they're doing it for the wrong reasons. Sometimes you just cant win. The Commie No, in fact I thought it was just great that Wal-Mart offered the low cost medicine. I personally have neighbors that depend upon that discounted price right now. I got a flyer in the mail and saw signs all over the store and heard it all over the media. But, when I went to use it for a generic maintenance drug, I got a ration of crap from the pharmacy folks when I asked for the discounted price. One supervisor even had the gall to look me in the eye and say, "but you have insurance." My answer was, "well, maybe I should be talking to the store manager." She turned to the pharmacy worker and said, "Let him have it." Now the deal was that my Aetna policy required me to pay $15 for a 30 day supply while the Wal-Mart offer was $9.99 for a 30 day supply. The $5.01 difference will not break me, but the principal of the thing is that there is no reason to refuse me the same price that others are getting. And you cannot prove otherwise and can only give your opinion, which is worth no more than mine. Trying to shame me into feeling guilty for wanting that same deal won't work, either. I am on a fixed retirement income and have large medical bills. My investment income has dropped like everyone else's with the economic downturn.

To back that up, the Governor of Hawaii went to the "vault" and declared the original to be "in order." But the original was NOT shown. And there is a legitimate reason for the people of the United States to know the full details. I personally believe that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural born citizen of the United States. But, so many questions were raised about what could have happened with the on-off relationship of his parents and the marriage to an Indonesian by his mom...and what happened there concerning adoption or not. He should have just made a full disclosure and that would have ended the question. He leaves too much doubt out there.

You cannot stand the fact that someone else believes differently than you on any subject. Again I say...go get help...and you may learn to live in a world with others who have opinions that differ from your own. Or, at least, learn to be civil to others.

He always resorts to name call and the other nonsense...... We sound like were in about the same age bracket... Saturday night is Saturday Oldies night on WABC. It's a great show, they even play the old commercials from the era. Back in the day......you had a hit ONLY when it was played on WABC in NYC and KABC in LA. It's good show to listen to over the internet. www.wabcradio.com Enjoy The Commie

There is not one thing that he's doing that I can honestly say that I agree with. I'm not a novice at this either. I have been following politics since 1968. He's going down the same road President Johnson did.....we're going to get rampant inflation soon.....and the only thing that can cure an inflationary spiral? An induced recession with high interest rates. That sux! A repeat of 1980 and 1981. It's tough to get behind the guy when you know what's going to happen because you've seen it happen before.

You musta been in San Diego. I was there a few years ago. It's a beautiful place. When I was there I went to TJ. It's a good thing I went then because with all the craziness.....I'd never go now. It amazes me how such a beautiful place like California can get so incredibly screwed up. Sooner or later I'm going to have to move down south. Up here in NY....well I don't have to tell you how screwed up it is here. I was reading on the internet there is a Russian policy adviser who believes the USA will split up into six different countries. Although, I wouldn't like it....I can see it happening. I don't think places like TX or FL want the sensibilities of the politicians in NY or CA imposed on them. The Commie

You're a conspiracy theorist -- you believe in quite possibly the most outrageous and easily disproven conspiracy theories ever. You should be used to being called as such. This is not name calling, its calling it what it is. Would I be calling you a name if I called you a human being? Then why get your panties in a bunch at being called something else that you most certainly are: a conspiracy theorist? seedtick wrote: This is typical of all radicals. Radical? Still you cannot get off the argument kick. I don't care to argue. Sensible debate is one thing, but continually skirt the outer edges of decent debate. I have told you my stand on Obama's citizenship. But, his refusal to be fully forthcoming leaves those who are convinced otherwise to feel that something is wrong. Now, if this bothers you, take your "moderate Republican" thoughts elsewhere.

Well, Freddy, it's either your brain or your eye balls that are pickled. Because you are having trouble reading what I posted or remembering what you read. I think that it is probably more like you want to twist it into a argument point. You and I will never agree, so further discussion between us will continue to be nothing more than verbal combat. Go find someone who likes to argue.
