I found the article very informative. Since I had to have a stent put into the kidney to pass the stones, i will try anything to avoid them again. thank you.

I must agree. I have been taking tart cherry extract in pill for over 3 years. I haven't had a kidney stone since. My natural health provider also suggested tart cherry to help with kidney stones.
