Have anyone had problems with the Albuterol inhaler plastic pieces breaking off resulting in ingesting of the plastic parts?

No, but I had an Armstrong inhaler fail to deliver the correct dosage recently, this was reported to the FDA.

I am now receiving the Armstrong inhaler in place of the Warwick. I was informed by the Pharmacist that the Armstrong inhaler is good for the environment however it does nothing for my asthma. Maryland State

I do not have the same relief with the Armstrong inhaler as I did with the Warwick. Is anyone else unhappy with this product? Any suggestions?

Yes, buy Warrick here: http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/saveCFCinh... Armstrong is CFC like Warrick- it's NOT HFA (yet) so the other poster's pharmacist is very confused (he's not alone)- but we've had a number of Armstrong CFC complaints- I can't figure it out. I've never tried it. Warrick is the gold standard of rescue inhalers- sign above to save CFC inhalers and on the right side you'll see how you can get Warrick- read the instructions carefully. The situation has calmed down considerably but every once in a while someone feels the need to be obnoxious and they get hung up on. |

I purchased 4 Armstrong Albuterols at Wally world 74.48, and if you squeeze the thing then put it up to your ear .... it is still leaking... Went back and they washed them and sent me away... I came back from the parking lot it was still leaking ... you could hear it popping and gurgling... so they gave me one.... i got out the the car and that one did the same thing... advice .... pull it apart after use ... duh Listen to your unit somewhere where it is quiet... you may not be using as much as you or your doctor thinks ... it just might be leaking out ... so ... your using sooooo much you must need a real expensive preventative right.? 300 - 400 $$$.. MAYBE PRAYER WILL HELP.... cause no-one else does.

Has anyone experienced noise bleeds with this inhaler brand ?

There is a Canadian study by Dr. Gill and Dr. Becker in Canada that says on average inhalers leak about 5-6% of their contents every month as you carry them around. Walmart (in Canada)sells a clip called a MDI Tigger Guard that stops it from leaking.

Does anyone else think this inhaler has a bad taste to it? I'm new to this inhaler stuff so I really don't know the difference between all the other inhalers.
