2nd Rounds Accutane, month 6, still flareups?

Hi, I'm on my second rounds of generic accutane.

This is month 6 of my treatment, but sometimes, like once a month I'm still getting cysts.

2 months ago I had one on my face, then 1 months ago a smaller one on my chest.
Just now an old one is flaring up on the back of my head.

Does this mean accutane isn't working at all?

I fought with acne throughout my teenage years and tried everything to get rid of it (proactiv, neutrogena, retin-a, clean and clear, you name it).
