does upping the dose cause anther initial break out...im going from 40mg a day to 60mg a day will this cause another flare up..i'm only concerned cause my birthday is next week and i dont want to look like a pizza pie...

hi there i've upped my dose and have seen increased breakouts i dont understand why. is this normal? before accutane i was on ertothomycin (wrong spelling i think) and my acne was neutral jus a few odd breakouts every weeks but since i been on accutane my acne seems to be gettin worse which is really annoying.
