accutane again?

I took accutane about 7 months ago and just within the last month my skin has started to breakout again and become very oily. The acne would be considered mild but i can't be happy until i have no acne whatsoever. Will the derm give me a second round considering the fact that the oil has returned and minor acne has come back. I had relatively no side effects during the first course and was very happy with the results up until now. Maybe going to try tazorac again because i still have some left over but its such a hassle. I love accutane because no annoying topicals are involved. Should i go back to the derm and ask or will they deny it?

Some understand that it occasionally takes more than one cycle, while others are reluctant to prescribe another due to the side effects and potential liver troubles and such.

Only way to know is to ask.

I fought with acne throughout my teenage years and tried everything to get rid of it (proactiv, neutrogena, retin-a, clean and clear, you name it). I experienced quite an initial breakout soon after I started accutane but was expecting it and told myself my skin would get better. I’m now in the last week of my treatment and my skin is flawless.
