Isogem (generic accutane)

Just bought generic accutane (isogem 10 mg)from a canadian pharmacy. Wondering if anyone who has taken these (bc I know there are a few out there) and seen dry skin while taking them. I was on sotret a few yrs back and had amazing success(w/ barely any side effects), now after 3 yrs off of it, my acne is slowly making its way back and it isnt severe enough for my doc to prescribe me legitimate stuff. So I took it upon myself to purchase a low dose 10mg. DONT PREACH ABOUT HOW I SHOULD BE MONITORED BY DOCTORS...save that bullshit for someone else I dont want to hear it. Just want to know if anyone can back up these pills do actually contain isotretinoin. Thanks guys.

So, on the package, information is pretty abundant in small lettering...including the pharmaceutical co. that makes the drug, mfg. license number, etc. If you have these, you'll know what I mean. check out: http://www.docstoc.com/docs/5040104/Adrsses-o...
its a list of all pharmaceutical company's in India, I was surprised to find out the drug company who makes this drug is legit (to make those who purchased Isogem, its good to know this info -that it's probably legitimate stuff here).
If anyone else finds out more evidence of its legitimacy, please post it here (out of interest for others).

BTW...that drug company is "Genetic Pharma" and has the same address and pharmaceutical identification code as on the package.

i got the same thng 10 MG FROM CANADA. i get bad zits on my back, like one or two at a time, and some on my chin and like lil ones under my neck line that last awhile. so far its worked but my bf says that it has changed how i deal with beiNg upset. i feel more calm during our fights instead of crying and stroming out the door. i talk more about it and express all my feelings. i feel its more of an efort to be rational that ive made as a personal choice and it just happened to fall when i started taking this but who knows. ive had like 2 small zits but not like before, no pealing or dryness in fact my makeup goes on so much more smoothly. anyone else have bad emotional break downs or a change in behavior?

I just recieved isogem 20 mg, i have taken 2 cycles of accutane in the past, my acne hasnt been really bad since highschool, but im 29, and shouldnt have any pimples by now. The doctor wont give me any more accutane prescriptions, so I ordered some online. I started with roaccutan from goldpharma which seems to be legit, and just recieved isogem. Does anyone know if isogem is legit?

Okay, so I've been taking these Isogem's 3-4 times a week for a little over a month now...they definitely are legit. If you get them, no need to worry...they work and aren't counterfeit. I was very nervous at first but said "fuck it" and its paid off, preventing me from breaking out (bc I am taking them as a preventative measure as oppose to reactionary). You'll see the same reactions as real accutane (as I've taken in the past).

I took 'em and I'm liking the results. My skin isn't oily at all my back has cleared up and so has my face. I wish I had taken pictures though. Only thing is I cant remember the site I got them from,can you help?

Just got some today in the mail, and I was concerned about them as well and found this page.

Glad to hear they are legit, I have only been on the roche brand before but that shit is expensive so I went generic at about 1/3 the price.It was also a long time ago but at this age I am tired of dealing with this stuff.

Been very stressed out about some life situations and I started breaking out like CRAZY a month ago. I am also 30 years old and do have a past with acne but nothing like this before.It has been so bad I dont even want to go out in public.Every time one goes away a new one pops up.....unbearable.

Accutane is an absolute lifesaver for my sanity and confidence. It is like a miracle drug. Give it week and skin looks flawless.It also seems to stay in your system a while and you don't need it every day after you get it in your body.

One thing about the emotions while on it, you can become a little unstable at times if you have underlying issues you are working through. I did not know this the first time I took it (in 2001 not much was known about it) and thought my emotional breakdowns were from severe stress I was under at the time.Com e to find out it was from the accutane, there would literally be times where I just broke down and cried about things out of the blue when I was by myself.

Just like I am now, I was going through some serious life situations and thought they were to blame, but then connected the dots a few years ago when more info about accutane came out.

Just be careful and make sure you have things under control mentally if you want to take it, it can really mess with your emotions.

I am glad I know this now and have taken it into account so I dont have any problems again.

Been 5 days now and already starting to get some chapped lips.

I got them at CAD tablets for $85 for 30 of them including all the shipping from Canada. Took about 7 business days to get to the mid atlantic.

Now that I know the place and medication is legit I am going to stock up for the next few months.

Update-

Have 8 pills left out of the 20mg 30 pack and my skin has went from broken out mainly in the corners of my forehead(a lot) to absolutely flawless. Took one 20 mg every morning with breakfast, little chapping of the lips but nothing more.

I weigh 190 lbs and am 31 years old so did not know if 20mg a day would be enough but it obviously is. Never had the "getting worse before it gets better" it just stayed the same for about a week and then gradually improved.

I swear this stuff is a lifesaver. I can actually go out of the house now without having to put on makeup and cover stuff up every morning. No depression issues actually just the opposite I feel better than ever. The acne was what was causing my depression issues and since that is gone the depression went with it.

I am about to order another 3 month supply and try to find a minimal maintenance dose just to be on the safe side. I never want to break out again and accutane seems to be the only thing that works.

thanks for your insights...just received my Isogem package in the mail. I am worried that little red pills do not look legit. Especially scary to give to my teenagers for their acne. But Accutane was a miracle drug for me...I tried everything...my dad was a dermatologist...but FDA is making too hard for doctors to prescribe. I just want to give a warning...make sure you study the Accutane drug site information. You only need to be on this stuff for 4-6 months first go around. Then I went on it 2 more times for just 2-3 months over like 5 years. DO NOT GET PREGNANT>>>IT WILL CAUSE HORRIBLE BIRTH DEFECTS.

Hello skingirl, i used to buy my isogem from totaldrugs24 but it seems their site isn't running anymore. I was wondering where you got yours? I dont like the idea of switching brands in the middle of treatment but it seems i may have to seeing as how im running low

Just back now as a favor to those concerned and curious to know whether or not Isogem is the real deal. As you can see, I've been on them since August (about 4 months) and after a starting my regiment have yet to see a new pimple on my face. The only drawback is the typical dryness around my mouth (which I effectively patch up w/ some Cetaphil) and chapped lips (a very small price to pay for having clear skin if you ask me). OVERALL FEEDBACK: it works, its not fraudulent, it contains Isotretinoin and had exact same effects and success as I did when I was previously prescribed actual "Accutane."

2nd update- had few blemishes here and there pop up the last week, but still much improved. Ordered another 2 month supply and am wondering if the 20mg a day is enough since I have not been on this stuff forever and given my weight.

Chapped lips becoming much more prevalent so I know it is getting in my system. Just not sure if the dosage is enough. If I remember correctly I was on 40 mg a day last time, might try to add another pill every other day if keep having these nuisance blemishes keep popping up. But it is still early, I am just going to keep on the 20mg for another week and see what happens.

Trying to keep the costs down this economy is killing my business and money is tight, but I will do what I need to to maintain clear skin. Think I might need to up the dosage slightly though, when accutane is working correctly there is not even one flaw in your skin.

Feel great and am back to working out again after I fell off the wagon mainly due to the skin issues and them causing me to feel like shit. On the right track now....

10mg is a really low dose, what is your body weight?

I would try that for about a month and see what happens, but that likely is not enough unless you are a really small person.

But try it out for a while and see what happens, everyone is different.

Hello! Today marks a week since i have been taking Isogem 3x20mg a day!

First, I'd like to say that before i started taking it i was using so many different products that dried and irriated my skin to the point where i had to buy really expensive mosturizers just so that my skin wouldnt crack. This only caused the acne to get worst, and made me have to go and get a RX of Retin-A.

I used an entire tube of Retin-A in about two weeks. The Retin-A helped alot, still my skin remained to be dry and acne prone; and it also made my skin sensitive to sunlight. It looked burned red whenever i went outside.

I started taking Isogem a week ago (11/13/2009), and within three days i started noticing a difference. My skin is much smoother, healthier, and normal. The acne that i have is going away very fast, and my skin is looking better than it has since i was 11 years old.

I think that because i used the Retin-A, right before i started taking Isogem i am having the same effects as if i have been taking it for at least 4 months. I don't wont to talk up any out breaks or ect, so i will post in a week with more results. And you can see what site that i got my Isogem from listed in my previous post.

Will be ordering from www.generdoctor.com they have the same Isogem that i have, but i think this site may be a direct source which is why its only $4.25 per 10 pills. Any have ever ordered from them?

Did they send you Accutane or Isogem?

Also how much do they charge of shipping? any prescription fees?
