DC Sniper's execution: 'no complications,' no words from John Allen Muhammad

Beltway Sniper, John Allen Muhammad was executed on 11/10/09 at Greensville Correctional Center, in Jarrett, VA.

The guy was a friggin war veteran and after returning from serving in several hostile countries his wife said he was a totally changed person. Very introverted, never spoke. The guy was obviously suffering from severe mental issues i.e post traumatic stress disorder or the equivalent of gulf war syndrome which the top brass in the usa seem to just brush under a carpet. I am in no way condoning what he did, but I don't believe he should have been put to death. An Asylum would have been more appropriate I would have thought, looking at all the circumstances !! Peace

I dont think what this guy was right but I also dont believe the answer to resolving it is through committing a crime that we punish people for doing. What is this teaching our children, that it is ok to kill someone as long as the other person kills first. Nobody has the right to take another persons life we did not create them to be able to take it away...

He lived by the laws of his land and died by them .

pupil- I thought murder was such a petty crime that would only gather a $200 fine but i won't be put off and i'm not evil either those laws have turned me into a hate filled monster who wants to kill at every opportunity.
