Homicide charges filed in overdose

A Juniata County man faces charges for homicide and other related offenses after he allegedly supplied another man with drugs that resulted in his death, according to court documents.

Cases such as these should be prosecuted to the fullest extent. Especially when a person pays with their life the least the diverter should get is equivalent prison time.
IMHO, this is the ONLY way diversion will be greatly reduced for I know it will never be eliminated.

The guy that bought the stuff did it to himself. He knew the risk and its his own fault.
