Laci Le BeauSuper Dieter's Tea is onother good weight loss teafound in most food heath store's, only one cup a day is fine for me ,Idon't abuse it though,Ive lost 20 pounds on this in three months, I decided to give it a break and descontinue the teas, I'm continuing to eat healthy and I have been doing great so far I went from 124 to 104 [my normal weight.] Ive cut all the sugars and junk food out dont eat much red meat and try to focus on a daily allowence of vegetables and fruits,chicken and fish and lots of water[plain and flavored]Iv'e lost 5 pant sizes and went from from a size 8 in dresses to a 5. I still treat myself once in a while to a piece of cheececake or pizza , the keyword is portion control and don't walk out of the table feeling stuffed ,enjoy your food [eat slowly] it takes a little while for your brain to get the message that it has had enough.In the long run you will be glad to see the results.

I am using this tea for 3 years now. The first 2 months when i started i lost 25 pounds, of course with a diet and exercise. Then i started eating everything again and wasnt drinking the tea regularly- i gained back all the 25 pounds. Now i started again and hope for the best.I like to drink it in the evening. Believe me guys you dont want to get cought anywhere outside of the house with that 2 thing. There is no place i didnt try..:-). The only thing i am worried about, if i dont put at least 3-4 bags in a cup (large), it doesnt work for me anymore. I just-also- hope that this 'overdose' wont cost my health.. Does anyone has similar sitution?

I drank 1 cup of dieters green tea with malva and senna and got violently ill about a half hour later, I threw up for 4 hours straight. I had dry heaves for hours and had crazy gushing saliva. I felt like I had been poisoned. Maybe I'm allergic to one of the ingredients. I've never been that sick in my life. I would warn anyone to be careful with these teas. I take several medicine for a heart problem( lanoxin, soltatlol, coumadin,and zestril) and so maybe it was a weird inter action. Probably a stupid thing to experiment with. I figured green tea, natural ingredients, how bad could it be?

I've been eating alot lately and just felt like I wanted to feel a little lighter on my feet. So I saw this tea in a store and tried a cup if it last night at 9pm. felt a slight dizziness at 10pm. Woke up to cramping at 5pm. It went away but I had to run to the toilet at 10am. I finally had a real movement at 2pm (after coffe drink). It's now 11pm the night after my first and only cup and I'm still running to the potty! No real success there but the rumbling and pressure to go keep my running back and forth. I'm gonna wait to see how this turns out before cup number two!

Thank you all for your answers.
I have red that in USA, doctors know this tea ? In France, no doctor (neither chinese origine doctor) know it and also nobody in chinese herborist or pharmacy so I don't know if problems of health can appear.
I did a big enquiry in all France but nobody know.
Only one doctor told me to chek I had no pb with my kindeys.
To sumerize, my constipation situation is better with the tea but I suffer of cramps or pain and gaz to often.
What could you advice to me.

The 3 Ballerina Tea can become habit forming to the point if you use it for weeks and months your bowels get used to it. When you miss a cup you will experience terrible bloating and constipation to the point where you will think you cannot move your bowels without the tea.
