These Harvard Experts err when they speak of honey as being one of our common sweeteners.

First of all, there is nothing 'common' about honey. It is one of natures little miracle gifts to this planet.

If Americans eat apprx. 1 pound of honey each per annum, and up to 150 pounds of sweeteners overall, I would say that the amount of honey Americans are eating is statistically insignificant. If Americans get so fat they burst, no one with a true love of science would blame that on honey.

Where did these Harland experts go to school? There is nothing scientific about how they treat honey. Their rhetoric is as falsified as anything that ever came from the priesthood.

They either don't want to acknowledge what honest scientist elsewhere are finding out about honey, or they have their head in the sand thinking that they themselves already know it all.

Fact is, honey is now recommended as the preferred sweetener for Type II Diabetics.
