SKM - I am at the end--even if they send 100 checks /day they only have 1100 clients. They should be past the "h" 's.(which they started on Thursday). But the checks go from NY to NJ to get approved and that is another delay. Hopefully, they (SW) should be done by next Friday!
Dick - I am always surprised that you are such a nice person - positive and helpful to all on these blogs. As you know by no I go up and down. Glad you are still here with us!

concerned hang in there you should have your check soon you signed the lrp program so they cant be holding your check for that reason i say they are collecting interest on the money but i think most everyone will have there money by the end of next week good luck

Thanks Concerned, I have e-mailed them but with no response as yet. I know my papers were sent to accounting last Wed, but they will give me no time frame for check. I never received my interim check so I am still waiting for anything, sure could use it about now, funds are getting pretty low!

I have received the final check. I just wanted to say thank you. This site has really helped me cope a bit with the anxiety of the issue. Dick in Ohio . . you are a kind man and I wish you much luck. Good News - it is on its way - FED EX did call last evening and left a message to be home today.

Yes Fed Ex called. I did not believe it when another blogger posted that. But SW must do that for their clients.

I must also add that November has been a good month for the Mi Victims _ And I believe all checks will be out this month - before the next update.

No such luck yet - I have been waiting since 9:00AM -I actually saw a White Fed Ex truck go by my house on my small block at 3PM and did not stop.......I find myself sitting looking at the door..Well- it should come right after the bank closes at 5:00 PM - I guess. AAAAGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!

Just wondering!What happened to the list of the lawyer firms and how many clients they have go?? Didn't someone say they were trying to find out why it was removed and trying to get it back?I'm still waiting like alot of others. I think all the lawyers are a bunch of thieves and are just taking thier time. I bet they are getting the interest off of our money.Some firms have very few clients and others that have alot are getting tneir checks out quicker why?? Just thinking to my self!
