the owner of the clinic is Terry Scott. he owns other clinics, one is paintsville, pikeville,lexington, and hazard. Dr. lamb is the dr. of the pikeville and lexington clinics. Dr. eze is the dr. of the paintville clinic. i am unsure who is the dr. of the hazard clinic. i do know that it is a woman, but i am unsure of her name. the clinics run by terry are strict, and go by all of the state policies. i hope this information helps you out a little. maybe with the names of some of the individuals running the clinic will help you to find the info that you are looking for.

If the people in Somerset feel that they have no one needing this form of treatment, why are they still posting here trying to justify or defend their opinions?

Your specific questions might be better answered if you addressed them to Dr. Lamb or Terry Scott who run the clinic. Clinics have to abide by and be accredited by a board such as CARF. They are probably more strictly regulated and monitored than you are as a psychologist or psudo psychologist.

It realy dosn't matter we are going to get a clinic weather we like it our not.It has nothing to do with the local goverment we have no say what so ever.It's state and fed goverment.So they can do just like HITLER,CHARLES MANSON,control us.
Yes I did compare them to HETILER the goverment want's to control every aspect of our lives.Not only that they want Mexico,Canada,as one goverment and they are doing just that.So every person that think's they have a little bit of a drug problem will go to these clinics and then they will have a big drug problem.
So everyone that is proclinic are mostly for goverment med so that they can go to the clinic and have me you and every other tax payer's pay for them to stay on drug's.Let's see how that works you want us to be like Canada well you can have f*** Canada.Also the ones of you that didn't know they are also for legal drug's the veryones that are on this form.
Do you want to beable to go to the doctor and get a scrip for herion?OH should I say you want you're kid's and grand kid's to go to the doctor and get a script for Herion?Keep people on drug's take away there right's even to bear arm's.Sound's like HITLRE himself don't it?

If they are run by strict policies why did the Hazard clinic have to settle a lawsuit in regards to the death of a patient?

Mistakes occur everyday in the medical field. Look at all the lawsuits filed.
