Heavener dispatcher surrenders

Heavener dispatcher and reserve police officer Trena Nixon turned herself in to authorities on Friday and has been charged with with 21 counts of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud.

I can't seem to be able to pull the opinion page up on the internet. Do you know of any way I could read what she wrote without buying a paper?

I think this woman should have been fired on the spot and her husband fully investigated.

people who disrespect the law, shouldn't be allowed to work in law enforcement - unfortunately for her co-workers, her being allowed to remain an employee for the Heavener Police Department reflects poorly on the entire department!

Unfortunately this decision to allow the alleged suspect to remain on as dispatcher of the Heavener Police Dept. reflects just how lightly the Dept. takes the drug issues in the Heavener area.
