I dont think this man should have gone to the lengths he did trying to get his methadone back but the other guy should have been punished as well for stealing.
Its like if someone comes on to my property and tries to steal something or trespasses and I feel threatened by it, I have the right to use my gun and shoot. But this guy is going away for 12 months due to trying to protect what was his and the thief goes free. Does not make sense.
