Kind of stupid to return the scotch ..who's going to benefit from that? the cork will deteriorate the scotch will run out and all be left will be empty bottles.weird world...

If it's being preserved for it's historic significance,what significan good will it do or serve being put back under the floors and refrozen again? Granted,they might be able to replicate the scotch blend,but jeeze,at least keep a few bottles preserved in a whiskey maker's museum somewhere.Not necessarily to drink but to be able to appreciate the physical antiquity and history associated with it.You cannot appreciate history if it's buried under ice.
