Tullamore Dew miniature

I have been given a small earthenware Tullamore Dew miniature and wondered if it might be old? The cork has seen better days and on the ones i've seen on the internet it may being missing a 'ball' on top. The other differences are that there are no pictures and just writing on the sides, one side says 'Tullamore Dew years 10 old, Irish whiskey D.E Williams LTD Tullamore - Ireland' and on the other it says 'Finest Irish Whiskey uisage beata' in what i would describe as a ring of shamrocks.
I have struggled to find any miniatures online which are 10 years old, they tend to be 12 years old. Does anybody know how old this might be and if it would be drinkable?
