One of the most beneficial ways of enjoy green tea is in a powdered form also known as matcha.

I'm not an expert on matcha, but I did find a neat article explaining why green tea is good for you, and how some preparations, like bottled teas, don't give you as much benefit... http://www.antiagingjournal.org/polyphenols-t...
