My funny Coke Code story...so I recently began to collect coke bottle caps and flaps, and one day I was just driving down the road to go to walmart (b/c I needed to get something unrelated...). Anyhoo, my attention was focused on the side of the road where from the corner of my eye I spotted an empty coke bottle w/ it's cap intact. I was going to pull over to collect it, however, there were cars too close behind to make an immediate stop. So my thought was, I'll just stop on the way home. So on the way home I totally forgot and just drove right by it. Well, as soon as I discovered I hadn't purchased oil, which I needed, my nephew and I left and went back to Walmart to pick some up...so before we did, I stopped by that coke bottle and told him to run out and get me the top. LOL...of course being my nephew, he diligently went and got it for me...THANKS DU!:oD
So anyways, on the way to walmart, sure enough I see another bottle, and decide to get that one on the way home as well...Got to walmart, bought what I needed, left, and on the side of the highway (Bandera) I saw an empty 12-pack of Coke!! Immediately, I said, "DU...go get that coke flap!" and sure enough, my dependable nephew jumped out of the passenger side and retrieved the coke flap for me!!:oD THANKS AGAIN DU!!
So...on the way home, I remembered about the bottle... I noticed Du had on his seatbelt and was like, "Ok Du, get ready to jump out..." and I was driving down the road where I saw the bottle, but couldn't quite remember where exactly I saw it. So me and Du were looking, and I was like, "Where the heck is that bottle...I swear I saw it!" Right after I said that, Du opened the door and jumped out and said, "THERE" and ran over to collect the cap. It was a pretty funny sight because he just jumped out before I even had a chance to stop the car!!:oD THANKS A THIRD TIME DU!!
So yea, it was pretty hillarious...and yea, I'm now collecting coke bottle caps and flaps!! So anyways, if anyone has extra coke codes...send them my way!
