You might add Vermentino to your list of refreshing whites. A wonderful wine from Sardinia, it offers crisp aromas of apples and citrus fruits, great acidity, and a nice long finish. An excellent bargain is the Costamolino, from Argiolas.

Try the Arayan Petit Verdot from Mentrida(near Toledo) Spain. It's amazing
