I moved into the Maples about a year and a half ago and I have already had to clean my house. The fungus is terrible. Some of the houses in here are almost black. Most of my neighbors have had to pay anywhere from 100.00 up this summer to have their homes cleaned. It is rediculos to have to spend that amount every year.

$100 is extremely cheap. Beware of a low cost weekend warrior with a big box store pressure washer.
Safe low pressure combined with high quality professional grade detergents are the right way to clean this fungus.
