Damn-right! WHY would you spend your hard earned money where you're not wanted? Patronize shops where your business is appreciated, especially mom n pop places who need all the help they can get.

is nothing normal about being too scared to go to a coffee shop without being armed.

I am already carrying regardless of where I go. I just wanted to know where I could patronize and carry without upsetting baristas. Jeff Thompson suggests we take our business to gun-friendly coffee shops but doesn't give any names. What a dip stick.

friendly coffee shops LOL. No business wants a bunch of armed bozos in there.

I don't know who this goober legislator Jeff Thompson thinks he is, but agree he must be a dipstick.

Too bad thee weren't any "armed bozos" at the Navy yard, or all the other gun-free zones that have been targeted by marauding crazy people.

"The only way to stop a bad guy with a gun......." You know the rest.

Cities like Chicago and DC have some of the strictest gun laws anywhere, and still hundreds of gun murders are committed each year. Mentally ill and felons are not allowed to poses guns. We don't need new laws, just better and more intelligent communication and reporting. The system only works when all the parts work together. All that needs doing is to fix the system.
