Commissioners OK incentives for coffee group

So, we give a tax abatement for a firm that is going to offer a bunch of low-end jobs, of which Tyler and Smith County have plenty?
The Brookshires, of course will benefit from this.
The economic impact is $300k and some change.
For this, we exempt them from tens of thousands of dollars in city and county taxes?
